Enjoy the new look of the store. More things to get that I didn't know I needed. đ Employees are always helpful and friendly. They are definitely short staffed, as the shoe area always looks like a hurricane ran through it. Overall, I still prefer this place to the other big box (lower end) store. âŠ
Always always a pleasant shopping experience. Target is a grade above Walmart with low prices and much nicer atmosphere and customer service. Never had a bad experience shopping in the queen Creek store in 8 years even thru the pandemic . People polite and considerate. Good management team there
I was christmas shopping here today and found a toy my son has been wanting, and it was the last one on the shelf. I also needed some jeans, so I grabbed them and went to the changing room to try them on. I asked the lady working the changing room where I should leave my cart because I didn't want someone to take the toy. She told me where to put my cart, and I come out of the changing room a few minutes later to find out someone had taken the toy from my cart and nobody stopped them. Unbelievable, the toy was the whole reason I came in.
Their deli section looks like it already could do with a remodel as the condition of the flooring looks rough.
But the employees we encountered in that section were friendly and helpful.
We have gone about a dozen times and one of the times we noticed packaged food items on shelves in the aisles with the food that was supposed to be contained inside coating several of the items on the shelf.
We understand this could have happened anywhere from the shipping, delivery, stocking or even from other customers, but we wouldn't buy any of that food in that condition.
Three times in a row, we shopped when employees were visibly and audibly sick either with allergies or communicable diseases.
One customer even went through the entire store shamelessly coughing even after making her way to the pharmacy section. It's not Target's fault, but it's still unpleasant.
Too many Made in China items.
Some good selection on home good products and grocery items.
Shopping at Target is always a lovely experience! It is noticeable the care they have for the customers and the understanding of our needs. I was able to comfortably shop with my mother who had difficulty walking, until she passed away. And now as a new mom, I get to have the same outstanding experience with my daughter. Thank you Target for going above and beyond, and thatâs why I choose you!
The Target app makes shopping so easy, and this store in Queen Creek is always well stocked. The drive up process could not be easier. I have always had courteous employees, orders fulfilled correctly...and even a terrific experience with a Drive Up return! I literally could return an item without ever leaving my car. WTG, Target Queen Creek! â€
I really hate the new redesign. I have a suggestion though. Take it a step further and install registers in every department. That would make the experience more like a classic department store concept. You are still a discount store no matter how much you try to pretty it up.
Today was the holiday season so this location was packed & quite a few items werenât available but yet & still this location was still well organized and as crowded as it was the store was still orderly with zero chaos. I must say very impressive for this time of year. Not to mention the long line moved fast & efficient. I have zero complaints.
